The most relaxing place for me

There’s no place for me like home, it is where I am at ease and I can just be myself. In the morning when I wake up I don’t give a damn about my hair, my appearance or even my smell.

After work, especially when I feel tired and sleepy, I just head straight directly to my room. I change into sleeping clothes and I’ll just lay down on my bed doing a little stretching here and there, yawn a few times then I’ll just fall asleep.

There are times that I release my stress by watching television. I’ll grab a snack and a glass of water, turn the tv on then switch channels to whatever show that interests me. After eating, resisting the pull of the sofa to lay down is the most difficult part. Surely, if I give in to the resistance, the next thing I knew is that I am fast asleep. I’ll just wake up if it’s time to eat again or if I fall from the sofa from turning and turning.

There’s also the internet. I usually play facebook games because it also somewhat help me to release my stress. Recently, I learned something that interests me and its about SIT. This is a good opportunity for all of us but I will try to discuss it in the next topic, or if you’ve already read the e-book from Sha Naccino and Brother Bo Sanchez that’s much better.
